Duna Player installs in about a minute. Pick your platform and follow the steps.
Sideload the TV package once. You need a computer on the same network as the TV.
Get the Tizen Studio CLI tools for your computer (Windows / macOS / Linux) from the official Tizen site, and download DunaPlayer.wgt from our download page.
On the TV: open the Apps panel, enter 1 2 3 4 5 on the remote, switch Developer mode to On, enter your computer's IP address when asked, then restart the TV. Note the TV's IP (Menu → Network → Network Status).
On your computer, connect and install:
Duna Player appears in the TV's app list. Open it and sign in with the server URL, username and password from your own provider. Done — your channels, movies and series load automatically.
The quickest way: transfer the APK and open it.
Download DunaPlayer.apk on the device itself, or transfer it with a USB stick / cloud drive.
If prompted, allow installation from the browser or file manager ("Install unknown apps"). This is a standard Android step for apps outside the store.
Open Duna Player and enter your provider credentials — server URL, username, password. Your library loads automatically.
Check the server URL includes http:// and the port (e.g. :8080), that the password has no trailing spaces, and that the subscription is active. Test in a browser: <server>/player_api.php?username=X&password=Y should show "auth":1.
Use a wired (Ethernet) connection where possible, or move the TV closer to the router. For live channels, long-press OK to switch source if your provider offers multiple qualities.
The app groups provider categories automatically. If a provider changes its naming, the grouping adapts on the next login. Logging out and back in re-syncs everything.
A factory reset removes sideloaded apps. Just run the one-minute install steps again — your favorites are stored on the TV, so note them first.
Write to us — include your TV model, app version and a photo of the error if you can. We reply within 24 hours.
Note: we can only help with the player software itself. For subscription or channel questions, please contact your service provider.
